Seri Manop & Doyle was established in 1992 by Mr. Seri Chintanaseri and Mr. Manop Nagadatta bringing with them a wealth of public and private sector experience and making honesty and integrity the founding pillars of our practice.
The firm's philosophy is to consistently provide our clients with the highest level of professionalism by maintaining a qualified and responsive staff of professionals possessing a keen understanding of applicable law as well as the business environment in Thailand. Our firm strives to provide our clients with the best possible legal solutions and aggressively represent our clients' interests at a reasonable fee.
In 1999 Mike Doyle, a licensed US lawyer specializing in foreign direct investment and dispute resolution in Thailand joined our firm and became a named partner in 2002. He first published his very well known book Doyle’s Practical Guide to Thailand Business Law in 2004 (currently in its 4th edition) and went on to publish Doyle’s Practical Guide to Business Law in Asia in 2009 (currently in its 2nd edition).
Now, more than 25 years later, Seri Manop & Doyle represents some of Thailand’s premier private and public companies and foreign investors and our philosophy is still to provide outstanding advice and service while maintaining the core values our firm was originally founded upon.
